Lineage of the Kinship of Light, The Western Mystery School Tradition and the Importance of Initiation

The Western Mystery Traditions have their origins in the old world dating back to Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Levant and even China. Before they were a “Mystery” tradition these traditions represented much of the conventional understanding of spirituality and religion. When greed for power and material overtook the love of truth and humanity, the wisdom holders were forced underground and thus became “The Mystery Schools” and secret societies. Above ground, the Mystery Schools were replaced by very flawed counterfeits that we now know was conventional religion. While hidden, the main purpose of the Mystery Schools was to preserve the truths until the time was right for them to come above ground again. The time is now. Once surfaced the Will of the Mystery Schools is to return Sovereignty back to Humanity through self-discovery and the manifestation of the full potential of the Human Being. The approach of the Mystery school is to make use of Theurgy (Rituals that work to bring us closer to Divinity/God) and is heavily reliant on Initiation.

The Initiatory Rites of the Mystery School tradition is the foundation of the its teachings. Despite common assumption, such rites are NOT purely ceremonial and/or symbolic in nature. The Initiatory Rite brings the spirit/soul of the individual into the Light and allows the aspirant direct access to the Mysteries and powers of the Lineage. Further instruction shows the aspirant how to use their authority as an initiate to access those abilities.

The current gaol of the Lineage of the Kinship of Light is to help certain individuals recognize their role in the Light and to help them fulfill their purpose as such through the power and authority of Initiation.
