Mixed Lineage Heritage : Lineage of Sacremyst

The Modalities and Knowledge held and passed on by the Sacremyst Academy comes from the two lineages:

The Lineage of Kwan Shi Yin, Formless Movement and the Life Of Norman Ng:

The Goddess Archetype of Kwan Shi Yin (aka Kwan Yin) has many associations around the world with many different incarnations such as Avalokiteśvara, Kannon, amongst others. The Kwan Shi Yin associated with our lineage is specifically that of the Chinese Goddess of Compassion celebrated both in Buddhist and Taoist traditions. In such a tradition, the Princess born “Miao Shan” is most associated with the Goddess archetype.

Norman Ng was bon January 13th 1972 in the suburbs of Toronto. As a young child he experienced very vivid encounters with a Chinese woman all dressed in yellow who would visit his home and spent hours speaking to him about various aspects of the energetic and etheric structure of him including certain methods of energetic/psychic protection and also ways to effect the physical world through energetic means. These visits would happen night after night over a long period. Through the course of time, Norman grew up normally and for many years had forgotten about those mystical encounters.

Well into adulthood and having a very successful career in high-end hair styling, he started remembering. Upon consulting his family members who lived in the same house growing up, no one could recall the presence of this woman in yellow. As he remembered more and more, he discovered that he was able to do certain things that seemed inexplicable at the time. The main feature of his rediscovered abilities was the capacity to heal instantly. Using his existing clients and anyone else he knew, Norman was able to hone his skills. He used any knowledge (old or new) to enhance his ability to help others, thus developing an eclectic system for the furthering of humanity. He used his ability to change the physical properties of the world around him, healed many and was able to go in between worlds. This was when Norman truly came into his Shaman-hood. He became a person of great power. He named is method “Formless Movement”.

At the around this time, there was conscious/sober dance gathering in Liberty village in Toronto where there was a chance Meeting between Norman Ng and Lorman Ip (Headmaster of The Sacremyst Academy). Norman and Lorman had a high level of affinity for each other and got along right away. After seeing a demonstration of what Norman did on a healing basis, it immediately awakened something in Lorman in such a way that he recognized that vibrational quality of the energy.

The two became very close and they shared knowledge with one another over many meals, conversations and hang outs. Every restaurant, café and park bench was a classroom and every confirmed act of energy work or magick was an inference to a greater truth. Lorman was able to absorb and replicate many of Norman’s abilities almost right away. Everything felt very fitting and meant to be.

Despite their closeness and affinity, their lives would take over and there would be long periods where they would not be in communication. Each time they lost contact and got in touch again, Norman was slipping into a greater and greater health crisis. It was at least a partial mystery as to why this was happening. Lorman very explicitly encouraged Norman to teach as much as he can fearing the inevitable. Norman was very reluctant for a very long time. This was the case until the last time there was a communication gap between the two men. When Lorman finally saw Norman for the final months of Norman’s Life, he was in a wheel chair and desperately trying to pass on his abilities to those who would listen and were able to understand him. Unfortunately, not many were able to carry his legacy, making the Formless Movement Modality very very rare.

During the final days of his Life, Lorman spent whatever moments he could in the same space as Norman, watching Norman phase between worlds as his body declined. Despite the situation, Norman’s powers were manifested in a myriad of ways.

By this time, Lorman was already quite adept with the Formless Movement Modality and had received a plethora of Initiations and handing downs from the Mystery Lineage of the Kinship of Light (the other mystery tradition that Lorman was learned in) . So during the last days of Master Norman’s life, he did ask for and did received Initiation into the Kinship of Light from Lorman. Effectively, this Made Norman the Mentor of to Lorman in The Formless Movement Modality while, Lorman was Norman’s Mentor in the Mystery traditions of the Kinship of Light and the Lineage of King Solomon. This was a unique reciprocal relationship and was highly symbolic of how Norman and Lorman worked together.

It was only in his last days that Norman Ng confirmed that the Mysterious Lady in Yellow was none other than the Goddess Kwan Shi Yin (GuanYin) herself. Thus Norman’s abilities and The Formless Movement Modality comes from and is a part of the Lineage of Kwan Shi Yin.

It was through Norman Ng’s wisdom, generosity and sacrifice that Lorman Ip realized that why they were brought together and the true purpose of their unique reciprocal relationship. Through much further experimentation, Lorman realized that the Formless Movement Modality required the addition of an initiatory system in order to contain the tremendous power without harm to the body and energetic Soul systems. On top of this, the practice of specific rituals is essential for the manifestation of this capacity and for the protective capabilities of the Initiations to fully take place.

Norman was a Maverick and Embraced progress. He was constantly developing new ways of using and expanding his abilities. He was result oriented and was not bound by tradition. Continuing in the same Spirit, Lorman has in the past years further developed The Formless Movement Modality to be more encompassing and established not only a system of healing but an entire system of manifestation. Essential Initiations and rituals have been also developed in order to protect the individual in all ways.
